The mission of Santa Teresa Dental is to provide quality and
affordable family dentistry.
Mission Statement:
Santa Teresa Dental will bring quality dentistry at an affordable
price to the community. We will focus on one patient at a time. All
patients are treated like family. Patients will be seen in a timely

About Us
Dr. Andrew Huang is a Bay Area native. He attended U.C. Berkeley
and graduated with a degree in Molecular and Cell Biology. From
there he was extensively trained at Temple University School of
Dentistry.
He was acknowledged for his excellence in oral surgery and root
canal therapies in 2002. In 2004, he was awarded the Appreciation
Plaque from SmileCare for his dedication and great patient care.
Dr. Huang continues his post graduate studies by attending
continuing education courses monthly. He has a special interest in
the latest technology dentistry has to offer. For example, the office
utilizes the latest material for teeth bonding and is equipped with a
laser for gum surgery. Did you know this website is completely
designed by Dr. Huang (that's me!) and he continously updates it
with the latest information.
He is an active member of the American Dental Association,
California Dental Association, Santa Clara County Dental Society,
Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation (DOCS), American
Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and Morgan Hill Chamber of
Commerce.
Dr. Ann Lien immigrated from Taiwan and has lived in the Bay Area
most of her life. She is hence tri-lingual (English, Chinese, and
Taiwanese). She attended U.C. Berkeley and graduated with high
honors in Biochemistry. She then received her D.D.S. Degree from
the University of California at San Francisco (UCSF).
Dr. Lien has a strong passion for children's dentistry. Her patience
and care for children are very evident as children love coming to
their appointment to see her.
Community involvement is also Dr. Lien’s strong suite. When she
was in dental school, she was elected the President of Associated
Students at UCSF. On numerous occasions, she was awarded for
her excellence in leadership and exceptional accomplishments.
Dr. Huang and Dr. Lien have a combined practical dental
experience of over 12 years. They are extensively trained in all
aspects of you and your family’s dental needs.
Strong Ties to Morgan Hill Community
Santa Teresa Dental opened its door in July 2005 with a strong tie
to the Morgan Hill Community. It was established with the blessing
and support of Dr. Frank Huang, M.D. and his patients.
Dr. Frank Huang, M.D., the father of Dr. Andrew Huang, D.M.D., has
practiced general family medicine in Morgan Hill for 30 years. The
elder Dr. Huang’s office is named Santa Teresa Medical Clinic. It
is located in downtown Morgan Hill, behind Wells Fargo Bank.
Santa Teresa Dental would like to carry on the tradition of providing
patient-focused service. We are committed in demonstrating the
same dedication that Dr. Frank Huang, M.D. has shown to the
Morgan Hill Community.

the latest, ultra-compact, monitoring and anesthesia equipment to
the office, he transforms Santa Teresa Dental into a state of the art
surgery center. It enables Dr. Andrew Huang to perform dental
services on children who will not tolerate any dental procedures or
who has extensive dental treatments. With the collaboration with
Dr. Targ, Dr. Andrew Huang is also able to provide excellent care
to adults with medical problems or disabilities.

pediatric anesthesia training at Oakland children’s Hospital. He is
a board certified anesthesiologist and holds a current ‘General
Anesthesia Permit’ issued by the Dental Board of California. He
specializes in the care of babies and small children.
